Hello everyone, I’m excited to announce the creation of a new middle school AAU girls basketball program called The Mambas. As both the coach and teacher for these girls, I’ve seen firsthand how much they’ve grown this past season. After a very successful year with our school team, the Griffins, I want to keep the momentum going and give these dedicated athletes a chance to compete at a higher level.
The Mambas Travel Basketball Program is designed to provide opportunities for our 6th, 7th, and 8th grade girls to participate in spring and summer tournaments. Our goal is to raise enough funding to cover all tournament fees and team uniforms, so that every player can join without worrying about the cost. I believe that no hardworking athlete should miss out on these experiences because of financial barriers. That’s why I’m committed to making this program completely free for the girls and their families. If we are unable to raise the full amount needed, I will personally cover the remaining costs to ensure every girl gets this opportunity.
This program is about more than just basketball—it’s about mentorship, discipline, teamwork, and building confidence. Every donation, no matter the size, will go directly toward helping these athletes compete, grow, and create lasting memories.
