We are the co-leaders of Troop 30299, Girl Scout Daisies at St. Gregory the Great school. One of our troop members, Emily is a first grade Daisy; her family is in need of our support!

We recently learned that Emily's mother April Metz-Maher, a beloved Kindergarten teacher at St. Greg's, has begun medical leave after receiving a colon cancer diagnosis within the last week. While the upcoming months are filled with uncertainty, one thing of which we ARE certain is that our support in many ways, including financial, will be needed.

Regardless of your ability to contribute financially, we ask that you lift up Mrs. Metz-Maher and her young family with 2 children in your prayers. As Girl Scouts and members of our faith family, we believe in the power of community, love, and God - each of which we know will help to ease the burden of this battle for the Maher family.
