Support the Lurie Family Medical Expenses

A week ago, Jennifer Lurie, a loving mother with the kindest heart, suddenly collapsed and was taken to the hospital where she’s been diagnosed with a terminal, aggressive form of cancer. As her liver fails and she’s been given weeks to live, her four children–two of which are disabled and live with her full-time–are faced with the brunt of financial responsibility for her medical care, including an end-of-life hospice stay. Her children are unable to focus on spending these last crucial moments with their mother because of this mounting weight hanging over their heads.

Jennifer’s diagnosis also comes on the heels of a cross-country move to Virginia from Montana, where the economic inflation made it difficult for them to live. The Lurie family has already lost so much, including their father five years ago from pancreatic cancer. This family of unfathomably kind, caring, and charismatic people desperately need support as they face losing yet another parent.
