Ana Isabel Baldera Badia, known mostly as Isabel, was the loving mother of three beautiful children and a loving wife. To know Isabelle is to know a strong, resilient, and compassionate woman who endured a lot during her final days.

Back in 2015, Isabel was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer, which was devastating news to her and her family. With the fight and drive that Isabel had, she was able to beat this hurdle in her life. Unfortunately, it wasn’t the last battle that she would have to fight as she was diagnosed with liver cancer later in 2017. She then went into remission for some years, thanks to the amazing medical support from her doctors and her loving, supportive family. Still living with underlying medical issues, Isabel would be the rock and support of her family.

Truly being one of God's strongest warriors, she found herself again in battle in 2021 with multiple tumors throughout the last years of her life. Leading up to her final days, she received good news that things might be good for her yet again, but God had a new battle for her to fight. Her final wish was to be back home with her parents, Rafael Baldera and Dominga Badia.

Because of the overwhelming out reach from close friends and family wishing to help support the life of Isabel, we created this fundraiser. Help make her wish become a reality. Help bring her to her final resting place in the Dominican Republic, where she will join both her parents at rest. Any contribution to this fundraiser will help her children book travel and make arrangements to the Dominican Republic. Funds will also help offset the cost of the additional expenses from the funeral arrangements.
