Rashard Lovelace was a loving brother, son, husband and father to three beautiful daughters. Known by all who came in contact with him as a genuine and good-natured soul, his sudden loss has left a hole that will never be filled.  Rashard was a Navy veteran who chose to dedicate his life to serving the city in which he was raised as a member of the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department.  He was a good man and a better father who will be deeply missed.
