We are heartbroken to hear of the unexpected passing of Dave’s son, Jacob Lera. We extend our deepest condolences to Dave and Thea and to Jacob’s biological mother, Esther Lera. Jacob was 22 and preparing to graduate from the University of Arizona this spring. Jacob was an avid musician and drummer.

For over 20 years, Dave and Thea have been absolute rocks for their coworkers, family, and friends. They always make themselves available to mentor, support and care for everyone around them, when needed most. Please join us in "caring for our caretakers" by supporting the Lera family during their time of need.

Funds collected will be utilized to cover travel expenses, funeral costs, and other needs, as they arise.
