Support the Legens Family After Devastating Fire

To all our Family, Friends and Blessed Strangers,

I am reaching out with a heavy heart and devastating news of our niece & nephew, Brooke Legens & Barkley Legens, who recently lost their home in a terrible electrical fire in Lebanon, Tennessee. It truly is the most unexpected event anyone can imagine and a tragedy no one ever expects to face. Although we are extremely grateful they are safe, they left behind all their family photos and personal belongings in the house they have truly loved.

This amazing family has 3 children aged 2 1/2, 5, & 11 and would greatly appreciate any assistance possible. The fire left them with the clothes on their back and the stress and challenge of starting all over from scratch. We are still praying the dog, Charles, continues to fight and is able to make it back home as he was first found in the house and unconscious from smoke inhalation. This family is incredible and has worked extremely hard for their home, belongings, and raising their children, but seeing this family endure this is indescribable.

This house has more meaning to them than imaginable, and they have now left their home with the clothes on their back, & no toys or mementos. This family now needs all the support as they continue to rebuild and navigate this process through this stressful time of rebuilding and still trying to work. The emotional toll of this disaster is unimaginable with having the 3 young children and not having the comfort of their home.
