SUPPORT THE LEBANESE PEOPLE IN SEVERE CRISIS

People in Lebanon are living under dire conditions. Last year, one of the largest non-nuclear blasts in history destroyed a large part of Beirut, killing hundreds and wounding and traumatizing thousands of people. Another fuel tank explosion this year resulted in more tragedies and traumatized people. A financial meltdown caused the local currency to lose over 85% of its value. Frequent power blackouts, severe shortage of medicine and life necessities have pushed a large section of the population to be living in a survival mode. The inability of hospitals to cope with wounded burned and COVID stricken people has made families extremely fearful for the health and safety of their loved ones.

This is a call for solidarity with and support of the suffering people of Lebanon. Full transparency is guaranteed. 100% of the contributions will go towards helping the Lebanese people and organizations (such as SOS Children’s Villages Lebanon; Children Against Cancer; Children’s Cancer Center of Lebanon; BASSMA; SESOBEL; ARCENCIEL; Save The Children; Beit El Baraka; Good Samaritan) and none will go towards anything else (e.g., administrative costs).
