UPDATE FROM TIFFANY:
We are 6 weeks since Joe’s accident and have 5 of 6 planned surgeries completed. The last surgery in a couple weeks will be the biggest one, since the day of the accident. They will be removing his own bone marrow and placing it around the titanium rod they placed in surgery #3. He will be in the hospital for 3-4 days post op. Following discharge he will be 6 weeks non weight bearing and will then begin extensive PT. The doctors are anticipating that he will be out of work for 12+ months while he is rehabbing.
We would love all the continued prayers as it means the world to our family. We have truly felt the power of prayer these last 6 weeks and are so thankful for everyone who has stepped up to help us and given financially thus far! We Greatly Appreciate you all more than you can imagine❣️

On Monday, June 9th, Joe Lawyer was critically injured in a car vs. ATV accident and was immediately life-flighted to Mercy Hospital. Thanks to the incredible medical team and by God’s grace, Joe survived emergency surgery and is now on the road to recovery.
While we’re grateful that Joe’s vital organs were unharmed, he faces significant injuries including a fractured tibia, broken knee, and broken collarbone. The tibia fracture is particularly severe—Joe lost five inches of bone in the accident. His leg has been surgically plated, and doctors are developing a comprehensive plan for the extensive reconstruction ahead.
The medical team has prepared the family for a long journey: Joe’s recovery will likely take 12-18 months due to the complexity of his injuries.
Joe and Tiffany now face the double challenge of mounting medical expenses and lost income during his recovery. Your donation will provide crucial support during this difficult time, allowing them to focus entirely on Joe’s healing without the added stress of financial hardship.
We’re asking for your help to support the Lawyer family as they navigate this challenging chapter. Please consider donating to help Joe and Tiffany during this critical time. Anything helps and your support will be a beacon of hope as they work toward Joe’s full recovery. Thank you!
If you prefer to donate via Venmo, Tiffany’s Venmo is @tiffany-ann-77, last 4 of phone number are 4413 for confirmation. Or if you’d like to donate something offline, gas cards would be a blessing as Tiffany is commuting to DSM daily to be with Joe at the hospital.
