Help support the Lawrence family after a devastating loss.

We are heartbroken after the disastrous loss of two beloved family members who were taken from us far too soon in a terrible accident. Sonny and Lori Lawrence were innocent by-standers in the police chase of a man with an outstanding warrant when both were killed on Saturday, September 26, 2026, on Southeastern Ave. in Indianapolis.

We are creating this fundraiser to help the family navigate the difficult days, weeks, and months ahead. Along with the emotional devastation of losing two loved ones, the family is faced with unexpected financial burdens and expenses associated with this tragedy.

Sonny and Lori were both diligent workers trying to make ends meet. In addition to being self-supporting, they were financially assisting a disabled daughter and were also raising one of their grandsons.

Funds raised will be used where they are needed most, which may include funeral and memorial expenses, medical or related expenses, household expenses, and living costs. The funds will be shared among the children and five grandchildren.

No amount is too small, and every donation, share, prayer, kind message, and act of support means more to our family than words can express. Your generosity will help ease some of the financial burden and allow the family to focus on grieving, healing, and supporting one another.
