Hi, my name is Judahpraise Acheampong — I’m a creative, photographer, and recent graduate of James Madison University.

Over the last 6 years, I’ve been building my career from the ground up — shooting in tight spaces, editing through the night, and saying yes to every opportunity that helped me grow. Now, I’m stepping out in faith and starting a new chapter: building my first-ever photography and media studio.

But this isn’t just a personal workspace. My vision is to create a creative lounge right here in Central Virginia — a space designed to support local artists, students, entrepreneurs, and storytellers with:

Podcasting + music recording equipment

High-quality photography and video tools

A modern event space for shoots, workshops, and community gatherings

Too often, creatives in this area have to travel hours just to access professional spaces. I want to change that — and provide a hub where anyone with a vision can come in and create without barriers.

This campaign will help fund the equipment, renovations, and startup costs needed to bring this space to life. I’m also putting together an Amazon Wish List for those who want to contribute items directly.
