This fundraiser is for a fellow dental hygienist Teresa Lara and her wife Kenia Lara

Teresa was rushed for an emergency c-section due to severe preeclampsia affecting baby's health.

Milan was born on 4/11 at 26 weeks 4 days weighing 1 lb 10 oz. He's expected to stay in NICU at Tucson Medical Center until mid July 2024.

Milan has had blood transfusions, ultrasounds, xrays and other medical procedures done and medical care is starting to add up.

Teresa is due back to work in two weeks. Skin to skin is vital to Milan’s continued progress.

We are hoping this Go Fund Me will buy some time extending Teresa’s maternity leave so she and Kenia can continue spending more time with Milan in the NICU.
