On August 11, there was a mass found on Theo’s kidney that ended up being a cancerous tumor. Theo had surgery on Aug 12 at UVA to remove the tumor, which was stage II, and his kidney. The surgery was successful with the tumor intact and being completely removed. Theo is recovering well from his surgery but will start chemotherapy treatment soon.

Amy and Logan will be taking time off of work to care for Theo. As a lot of that time will be unpaid we are asking for support for their family to ease the financial burden of treatment and normal life expenses.
