On July 15, the Koester family was involved in a tragic car accident while traveling from Kansas City to Nashville for a soccer tournament. Since that day, their family, friends, school community, and parish have continued to pray for their healing and recovery. The Koesters represent the very best of us. They are an amazing family who would do anything for their friends, neighbors, and community. They have always been there for others, and now we have the opportunity to be there for them.

Many of us are fortunate to have the means to help our friends during a time of need. The Koesters may never ask for assistance, and they may feel that they do not need us, but that should not stop us from showing them how deeply they are loved and supported. A serious accident can bring significant and unexpected expenses, including medical care, rehabilitation, travel, lodging, meals, time away from work, and many other needs during the recovery process. This fundraiser is intended to ease those burdens so the Koester family can focus on healing, supporting one another, and moving forward together.
