Hello friends and family,

I just wanted to let you all know that I am still fighting, praying, and holding on to faith in my God that He will fully restore my health. He did it before, and I know He’ll do it again!

For those wondering about my current health: a year ago, I underwent an experimental, life-saving surgery where doctors removed my entire esophagus and created a new one using a section of my colon. Talk about a miracle!

After the surgery, I seemed to recover quickly. However, since July, my health has been declining. I have lost more than half my body weight and haven’t been able to keep food down. A feeding tube was placed to help nourish my body, but I have continued to lose weight.

The doctors tested again for cancer, and to God be the glory — no cancer! Woohoo! Thank you, Lord — You are faithful!

What I’m experiencing now are complications from the surgery. I’m kindly asking for a little assistance as I continue to fight and focus on healing. I’ve had to stop working in order to prioritize my recovery.

Thank God for my beautiful family and their continued support during this difficult time. We’re getting everything in order so I can continue to bless you all with my presence for many, many years to come (lol!).
