Hi everyone, name is Mariam Abdul-Rashid. I am a professional 100m hurdler, Canadian national champion, and have the #1 hurdle time in the country. I had the honour of representing the nation at the 2024 Paris Olympics — the ultimate dream come true!

In Paris I performed my very best. I ran my fastest time to date, and put myself in the #3 all time spot in Canadian hurdle history. To perform my best, on the biggest stage of my life, is something I will always be proud of.

That dream was actualized partly by the belief of people like YOU. Ahead of the 2024 games I made a Go Fund Me, and received the most incredible support from the community. So I am back, ready to take on another games, and would love for you to be apart of the journey once again.

Your donation will go towards expenses such as:

& more! Thank you for being here, if this is our first time meeting, welcome to this rewarding journey. If you’re back, you’re one of the rockstars that keep this dream alive. All support means more than you know!

I encourage you to follow me on Instagram for race, training, and life updates: @djmermzz.

Dream big. Let's go, Canada!!
