Toms River East Little League community is mourning the loss of one of our own - Julie Johnson. She is the wife of long-time coach Doug Johnson and is the mother of Mikey and Amelia Johnson. Julie passed away Wednesday, May 7, 2025 after a brief battle with breast cancer- showing love, grace and courage every step of the way.

As a community, we are coming together to support the Johnson family during this devastating time.

Julie was a constant, joyful presence at the ballfield - always cheering for all our players. Her warmth and spirit lit up the stands.

Let's honor her memory by surrounding her family now with love and support. Our friend Doug Johnson will be the beneficiary of this account so he can use the money to help with expenses for his family during this difficult time.
