Support the Jessop Family - Baby Ochre River

This Go Fund Me page is to support the beautiful Jessop family from the Bega Valley. Mumma, Bec, went into labour prematurely on Sunday at 30 weeks. Living in rural NSW meant that the local hospital did not have the facilities to cater for a premature newborn at 30 weeks and after a traumatic night of hoping the labour would not progress both Mum and Dad, Mick, were transported to a major hospital in Canberra nearly 3 hours away from their other 5 children.

Little Ochre River decided it was all in his timing and has since been born via emergency C-section. Ochre is not out of the woods yet and is now in NICU for the indefinite future. This leaves the Jessop family split apart at a time when they need each other's support the most.

Any one who knows this family, know they would give you the shirt of their back if you needed it. It's our turn as a community to step up and support them. We want to keep this family together and feeling supported. We ask that you donate so that we may take one burden of this beautiful family.

Whether is $5 or $500 please donate, every little bit counts. Money will go towards keeping the family together, paying for fuel and accommodation to and from Canberra as well as supporting those caring for their 5 children back.
