Support the Jarman Family

Our beloved friend, Christel Jarman, needs our support. Christel was diagnosed in 2019 with terminal systemic scleroderma. This condition destroys the whole body, inside and out. The organs harden and all of Christel’s skin is tightening, dry, painful, and itchy. The disease destroyed her digestive system and she dropped down to 82 pounds in 3 months. She can no longer eat or drink by mouth and has nutrition and meds delivered by PEG tube. Christel is in palliative care to manage her pain. Her children are her main caregivers during this challenging time. They take care of her suction tube, bathe her, make sure she has her meds on schedule, and all the others things involved with caring for someone who is bed-bound. They could really use our support now as they work to keep Christel as comfortable as possible and not have the stress of money on their shoulders so they can concentrate on making more sweet memories together as a family.
