Hello all,

My name is Kristy Cooper, I have had the honor of working with Courtney (Hollenbeck) Jackson at Fortive for years. We became fast friends due to her amazing supportive nature and sense of humor.

She and Mickle welcomed beautiful baby girl Parker, December 2025. Parker is such a smart, joyful little sweetheart.

At a recent checkup, it was discovered that Parker has liver cancer the size of a grapefruit. She’s had an MRI and it sounds like the tumor is “immature” meaning disorganized and very responsive to chemo. The plan is to use chemo to shrink it to a safely operable size, then they’re going to remove about 40% of her liver with it, followed by more chemo.

This is an evolving situation with many tests to understand the full extent of her condition. After the completion of the required tests, doctors will come up with a treatment plan.

During this time, the last thing we want Cortney and Mickle to worry about is money. Please consider donating to cover medical bills and living expenses while Courtney takes time off to care for Parker.
