The Ivy Academy is a school in Montego Bay, Jamaica founded by three FGCU Alumni - Imani Spence, Devonique Lasalle, and Alexis Lasalle - and operated by education professional and Head of School, Mrs. Rosemarie Spence.

On October 28, 2025, Hurricane Melissa swept through our island, leaving behind much damage. The Ivy Academy was not spared. Our roof was severely impacted and our students and teachers are now without a safe space to learn and grow.

100% of every donation, big or small, will go directly toward repairing the roof, power lines located on the property and cleaning our learning spaces to restore a sense of normalcy for our children.

Please join us in supporting The Ivy Academy. Together, we can rebuild hope, one step at a time. Please consider donating today and share to spread the word.
