Who We Are

Inkayni Peru Tours was created only 8 years ago with a dream and a mission to be different in the tourism business world. Since our beginnings we sought to focus on a social responsibility among our family in the Andes. Over the years we have happily received thousands of travelers, each on their journey through our sacred land. A percentage of every payment from each reservation has always been
set aside for our greater Inkayni family, whether it be to our company initiatives or direct support to individual families. This work corresponds to the name of our company - "Inkayni", the union of the words "Inka" and "Ayni"; the maximum expression of the ancient Andean culture and its philosophy of love, manifested in its cosmovision of time and space, the Andean reciprocity of mutual help or "Ayni". This is why, despite the fact that traveling through our Inca lands is not possible at this time, we continue our mission to support our family.

Our Challenge Today

The Inca region of Cusco, like many parts of the world, is undergoing a great economic crisis. Tourism is the primary economic activity of the region and has suffered a major setback due to airport closures. While the nations of our world have joined together and united in these times of pandemic, many local
families that once depended on the tourism industry have been forgotten. Whether they be tour guides, drivers, or porters, they have been left abandoned without any support.

This is a complicated time for our staff and community teams. From the bottom of our hearts, we are reaching out for those of you that have journeyed with us and supported by any member of our team. We are uncertain how long this crisis will continue, however, the Inkayni Peru Tours family is pursuing every measure to support to our abandoned communities. After months and months of closed borders, we are asking for help from our global family. We wish that all of you may find strength and solidarity in these challenging times, holding onto the
dream that some day soon we may embrace each other again in another journey through the Andes, enjoying the magic and wonder of these magnificent ancient lands.
