Hello,

Many of our rural parishes lack animal control services and an animal shelter. Without these amenities, many people abandon their animals, especially canine moms and their puppies, on back roads and in alleyways.

A good Samaritan found nine puppies a few days ago in Avoyelles Parish, in Central Louisiana, and we're raising funds for their care. Please donate or share this appeal, so we can provide them with the care they need. We're also lobbying elected officials to build shelters and provide humane services.
