Huang Shuimou, born in 1975 in Lianjiang, Fujian, China, arrived alone in the U.S. in March 2024 to work in home renovation.

On March 19, 2025, he sought medical care at Maimonides Hospital in Brooklyn due to health issues. Unexpected complications arose during treatment, leaving him in a coma. Now, his condition is rapidly deteriorating, and he is relying on life support to stay alive.

All of his family is still in China and can't come out to the U.S. due to lack of funds. We don't know how much time he has left. They are only able to see him through video calls, without the ability to come see him in person. Please, if you can, donate so that we can bring his wife and children to the U.S., so they can be with him in person as he takes his final journey.
