Happy greetings. I’m Crystal Forman. Holistic Wellness and Health helps people seeking a healthier lifestyle create nutritious habits through plant-based cooking classes, therapeutic gardening, wellness workshops, and mindfulness meditation.
Our 4-week Plant-Based Living Program meets online and in-person. The program combines education with practical tools to transform a person’s life. Each week focuses on a specific theme, discussing the health, environmental, and animal impacts of the dairy, egg, sea life, and land animal industries. We also include social justice issues connected to health and the environment. We’ll engage in cooking demos and explore vegan products while gaining support through a vibrant online community.
