Hi family and friends, I created this GoFundMe for my supporters who want to continue to see me grow with my restaurant business. I am the owner of The High Vegan and I want to continue bringing amazing meat-free and vegan friendly cuisine to our communities. I am needing assistance with buying more efficient equipment that could help me be more proficient with taking orders and scaling my restaurant. I am in the process of preparing my business credit portfolio and cant be approved for the business funding needed in the timeframe it is required. Being on maternity leave has made things a little more challenging also. In the future I plan to expand and franchise out. Thank you following me on this exciting journey.
