Gene Harper had been struggling with stage four liver cancer for the last four months. During this time, our family has faced many emotional hardships, making frequent trips to the hospital and hoping for a miracle. Despite our best efforts and the care he received, there was nothing more that could be done for him. The experience has been incredibly difficult for all of us, and we have also accrued thousands of dollars in medical bills along the way.

Gene was a beloved husband, father, and grandfather. He leaves behind his wife, Wanda Harper, his sons Joey and Adam Harper, and Joey's wife and daughter, Donnice and Jasmine Harper. The loss has been devastating, and we are now faced with the challenge of covering funeral expenses while still coping with the emotional and financial toll of his illness.
