On 12/4/25, Colleen’s son Gavin was struck by a vehicle and suffered serious injuries. He has already undergone surgery and will need additional surgeries and extensive medical care. This is every parent’s nightmare, and Colleen has been at his side as much as possible.

While staying at the hospital with Gavin, Colleen is also caring for her younger child and is currently missing work. The financial strain of missed income, medical-related expenses, childcare needs, transportation, and the long recovery ahead is overwhelming.
