Our Griffin family is going through something unimaginably hard right now.
Our beloved daughter, mother, sister and friend, Keturah Griffin, was involved in an accident that sadly took her life. Keturah was on the parkway coming home from her first job to pick up her daughter before going to her second job. Unfortunately her car broke down on the parkway, so Keturah put her hazard lights on and called her son Zyveire Hickman to come and pick her up. She also called AAA for help. Zyveire was on the opposite side of the parkway when he saw his mom’s car engulfed in flames, but he could not get to her. A pick-up truck ran into Keturah’s car while she was still inside. The driver of the truck along with multiple witnesses tried to pull her out of the vehicle but the flames were too hot.
Keturah just celebrated her 40th birthday. She leaves behind a 23-year-old son and an 8-year-old daughter. Keturah was kind, hardworking, brave, loving, caring and the glue of the family
— she did absolutely nothing to deserve this tragedy.
We are creating a GoFundMe to help with the unforeseen funeral expenses that come with such a serious accident. If you are able, please consider donating or sharing the link to support the Griffin family and her loved ones during this incredibly difficult time.
From our entire Griffin family: THANK YOU for your prayers, generosity, and love for Keturah. I am the son, and the funds raised will be used to help cover funeral and memorial expenses, as well as provide financial support for me and my family during this difficult time.❤️
