After more than two decades in the fashion industry, I've learned that true luxury is about connection. That's why I'm building The Greih—a Maisonary where fashion, art, and design intersect, and where emerging creators find a home in the heart of New York City. This is not just another luxury space, but a unique, exclusive destination that will redefine the concept of luxury.
The Greih, a unique Maisonary concept, is more than just a house of luxury. It's a sanctuary for creativity and innovation, a place where clients shop consciously, creators are supported, and luxury takes on a more human form.

About This Project

The Greih will open as a 650 sq ft atelier, retail salon, and multi-brand Maisonary at 247 West 47th Street in New York's Garment District.

Inside, we'll house a curated ecosystem of international and domestic creators, with a focus on sustainability, craftsmanship, and individuality.

  • Curated Representation – Each season, we select vetted, environmentally conscious creators aligned with The Greih's vision of luxury and artistry.
  • Market Week Activations – A platform for trunk shows, product launches, and showroom-style appointments with both clients and wholesale buyers.
  • In-House Atelier Access – Sample development, alterations, made-to-measure, and small production runs available on-site.
  • Artistic Integration – Seasonal exhibitions and product installations woven into the salon environment.
  • Consumer Connection – An intimate, stylist-led shopping experience where clients meet creators by appointment or invitation.
  • Brand Development Support – Helping affiliate creators strengthen brand identity, grow client lists, and gain visibility in New York's luxury market.
  • Global Discovery & Curation – Each season, I travel to source new creators, unique finds, and antique specialties that align with our ethos.

This ecosystem ensures that small creators have access to visibility, community, and growth opportunities that are rarely available in traditional retail.


Our Goal:

We are seeking $16,000 to bring The Greih to life.
Minimum goal: $16,000 by December 13th, 2025
We aim to secure the space and complete our soft launch.

Full need: $16,000

An additional $1,000 ensures greater operational stability and furnishings.
Budget Breakdown
  • $10,000 – Renovations - Building out the space, including lighting and interior structures.
  • $2,500 – Moving Expenses - Transportation, labor, and logistics for relocating equipment and supplies.
  • $3,500 – Furnishings & Build-Out - Seating, tables, shelving, and décor to create an inviting Maisonary experience.

  • Mid-February 2026 → Soft launch at The Greih
  • December 2026 → 1st Annual Meet the Makers Dinner
  • 2026 → Full calendar of seasonal activations, brand residencies, and exhibitions




About Me:

Fashion has always been my language, where history, art, and modern culture intersect. After more than two decades in this world, I've learned that true luxury isn't about things—it's about connection.

Before founding my brand in 2019, I spent over a decade managing designer retail and showrooms across New York, from Soho to Bloomingdale's, learning how to create spaces that not only sell but also inspire.

Since then, I've been honored by the CFDA (Interim Member program), Harlem's Fashion Row, Bella Magazine (Bella Boss Award, Designer of the Year 2024), and the Industry.Fashion (People, Planet & Purpose Award, 2025)—recognitions that affirm my commitment to sustainability and storytelling.

In 2022, I opened my first Atelier and showroom in New York's Garment District. It became more than a workspace—it was a hub for clients, buyers, students, and collaborators. That experience showed me what's possible when a space is designed to be both creative and communal. In February of 2023, I was invited to join the esteemed faculty as an adjunct Professor of Fashion Design at the Fashion Institute of Technology to foster future generations entering the industry. Building on my success in the areas of inclusive design backed by responsible development practices, assuring quality in construction, a unique perspective, and a focus on paying it forward through charitable endeavors.

Now, with The Greih, I'm building on that vision: a Maisonary where emerging creators are seen, clients find meaning in what they wear and collect, and where luxury evolves into something more human.
