We are a Senior Thesis production out of University of Colorado Denver and we're producing a short film by the name of The Good, The Bad, and The Tamale. It's a story of a hired hand that works for a crime boss to take people out for their land. When she is asked by a farm hand to take her out, she does her best to teach her how to shoot in the western plains. Allegiances are questioned and romance blooms in our western tale of redemption.
Our production team seeks to create a western that combines the best aspects of traditional westerns with more representation and a modern twist. and Led by our fearless writer/director Ayla Perez, our team consists of a large variety of people, from our hard working Director of Photography Carson Holleb, to our first time producer Tom Joseph, and our keen eyed Production Designer Kaitlyn Sanchez. Film is a collaborative effort and we have a lot of effort on our side, but we would love to welcome all who seek to aid our team and become part of our journey.
We have a variety of different incentives for those who are hoping to join their efforts with ours:
