Support the Gonzalez Family's NICU Journey

Alex and Ariel Gonzalez are a beautiful, hardworking couple that were excited to officially start their family with a baby due June 6th, 2025. Ariel works as a special education teacher and Alex is a law enforcement officer, the two just bought their first home this past spring. Their baby boy Amen Gonzalez was unexpectantly born on February 20th, 2025 at 25 weeks old weighing 1 pound, 9 ounces. Since then the family has had many hurdles to overcome but Amen has proven to be a fighter, even occasionally pulling out his tubes to show them just how strong he is. Amen has been in the NICU since birth and the family continues to pray and spend as much time as they can with him during this critical time. Being so little at birth, Amen has needed extra support breathing, eating and ensuring his tiny heart is pumping the way it should be with weekly tests and specialist appointments. Donations will help cover their loss of income, medical and travel expenses, as well as food and supplies for them and the baby.
