Hello, my name is Lexi Gonzalez, 

and I am reaching out to ask for your support for my family.

It’s not easy for me to ask for help, but due to recent ICE raids and the cuts to snap benefits, it’s become incredibly difficult for my family to make ends meet and keep food on the table for our household of eight and pets.

We are a hardworking family whose only wish is to build a better life. However, with the intensifying ICE raids in our community, we are living in constant fear. There are days when my family members have had to skip work because of fear of being detained or deported. We’ve had friends and neighbors get taken away and familiar places, like our church, get raided. it’s been terrifying and heartbreaking.

As the weather starts to get colder, things have been more challenging. Our heater isn’t working, and we’re struggling to cover basic needs.

Any support, no matter how small, will be appreciated. All donations will go directly toward food, blanket’s, pet food, utilities, and rent.
