Support the Glover Family

The Glover family unexpectedly lost their beloved husband and father, Darrell, this past week.  Darrell was a loving husband to Candy and a wonderful father to Darren and Wyatt.  You could often find Darrell at the West Seattle Little League Bar-S fields coaching, mowing the outfield, raking the infield, fixing a sprinkler or stocking the Snack Shack.  He loved spending time with his family, throwing batting practice for Wyatt or helping Darren with his latest outdoor project.  Darrell helped so many of us in the community by offering his time and talent whenever possible.

The funds we raise for the Glover family will cover their immediate living expenses.  They were  in the process of moving and have already sold their house in West Seattle.  Now those plans are on hold as they look to stay in West Seattle, close to friends and family.  Any funds raised will help cover their short-term living expenses and funeral expenses for Darrell.

It is never easy to lose a loved one, but it is especially difficult during this isolating time of COVID.    

The Glovers have given so much of themselves over the years, now it is our turn to step up and help ease their financial burden while they grieve this devastating loss.
