Sam and Jana Gilkey are loving parents to three daughters: Riley, Josie, and Goldie. Their oldest, Riley, has special needs and faces many ongoing health concerns, which has made life challenging for the entire family. Recently, the Gilkeys encountered another unexpected hardship when they discovered dangerous mold in their home in Walton, Kentucky. The situation was so severe that they had to leave their home and move back to Texas for safety, leaving behind their community, their school, their friends, and the dream home close to Cincinnati Children's Hospital.

The Gilkeys are now facing the daunting task of restoring their Kentucky home so they can return and provide a safe environment for their daughters. At the same time, they continue to manage significant medical bills for Riley’s care, which adds to the financial strain. Despite these challenges, Sam and Jana remain hopeful and determined to do what’s best for their family.
