Support the Gibbs Family After Tragic Loss

I am deeply saddened to share with you all that on Friday July 18, Drew and Sierra Gibbs suffered the heartbreaking loss of their infant child, Ziva. Drew has been an AES Indiana employee for 6 years as a Lineman and, most recently, as a Grid Operator.

Baby Ziva was born just a few months ago and required several surgeries and procedures from birth. This brought many challenges to the Gibbs family as they walked through these events and cared for their older child. Ultimately, Baby Ziva passed away. Now the family is not only challenged with the rising medical bills, but also the cost of the funeral they will now have to plan.

These funds will be used to support the Gibbs family and help ease the burden of the medical expenses and funeral arrangements. This is our way of supporting one of our own during their time of need. AES has always been an extended family to many of us, and this our time to do what family does. Thank you all for any support you can offer as we come together to help the Gibbs family. Most importantly, please keep the Gibbs family in your thoughts and prayers.
