The Garrison family consists of two loving parents and their 7 daughters. On Thursday one of the daughters, 16yr old Keyonna Garrison, suffered a stroke due to issues to her vertebral artery. Keyonna was initially treated at Guthrie Corning Hospital and then was transferred to the ICU at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester. After multiple tests and treatments she was recently removed from the ICU. Keyonna is still undergoing neurological tests to find a path forward and to repair the issue as well as physical therapy to recover motor skills. She is on the road to recovery but it will be a long and emotional journey. We are all hopeful that she will soon get back to her normal, healthy life as a teenager and continue her passion in sports. We plan to put any donations toward her medical bills and show her that she has many people supporting her. Thank you!
