Support the Frierson Family's Healing Journey

On March 17th, 2025, the Frierson Family was forever changed by a devastating accident. While on the way to a play date, their minivan was struck by a dump truck, injuring Evie, Cavan, and Mark. Evie suffered minor injuries and was released from the hospital shortly after being treated. Cavan, who is still in the hospital, experienced multiple serious injuries and will require extensive ongoing treatment, including multiple surgeries and various types of therapies. Unfortunately, Mark’s injuries were too severe and he gained his angel wings. The family is not only facing the loss of their beloved dad extraordinaire, but also the long road to recovery that lies ahead of them.

This GoFundMe was created in hopes of helping them cover the unexpected funeral expenses, ongoing medical expenses, and the changes that they will experience as they navigate through their loss and recovery. With your help, we hope to help them cover needed medical equipment, occupational and physical therapy, changes to their home so that Cavan can move about in his wheelchair, medications, transportation to and from treatments, adaptive equipment and clothing, tutoring, and additional unforeseen expenses due to the accident.
