Support the Ford Twins After Devastating Fire

I ask that you put yourself in these two's shoes as you read this. Jacob and Jordon are twin boys, age 23, from a small town called Chatham, NY. Both have endured struggles like no other but wear their hearts on their sleeves and a smile on their faces.

If you know the Ford boys (Jacob and Jordon), you would know they are completely selfless, willing to jump in and help anyone in need. Not too long ago, the boys lost their father, John, at a young age due to an unforeseen disaster. Shortly after John passed, the boys were given possession of their father’s land, with their old childhood home and many memories attached. The boys were teenagers and unaware of how to maintain and restore the property; they just knew it was what their father would’ve wanted. In addition to that, being so young, the boys weren’t aware of the insurance precautions they needed to take to keep the house/property safe. Through a couple of years of hard work, they had made changes to the place to make it their own and stored an abundance of their belongings up there. They just recently paid off the property taxes and are still catching up on bills lost in the transition of John’s passing.

On Monday, 2/24/2025, their childhood home burnt down due to matters out of their control, and they lost everything. Their array of tools, which had both been passed down from their father and accumulated over the time of owning the home, many of John’s irreplaceable belongings, furniture stored for future endeavors and current use, and so much more. As most can agree, they have both been through so much hardship and are nowhere near deserving of it. Being a child thrown into adulthood is hard enough, but being forced into it with no support outside of each other was nearly impossible. They have both worked so hard to slowly rebuild John's legacy while navigating how to handle the devastation of losing a father and now losing the last big piece of him that they had left.
