This Mother's Day, my parents lost their home of over 33 years, Woodwinds Park. A home that was more than just a 19th century Queenslander, but a host of endless joy, music, and love. Ask anyone, if you had the privilege of walking through those doors, you felt a little lighter.

My Mother is an educator and musician who has dedicated her life to building a community in Brisbane through music, art, and connection. Multiple generations of musicians experienced our home alongside countless charity performances, operas, and community initiatives proudly hosted on these grounds. Woodwinds Park was a musical sanctuary for all those in its orbit.

Due to overwhelming community request, I have created this page to provide an outlet to support my parents during this difficult time. Please feel absolutely no pressure to donate.

Though my heart is broken, the biggest thing I am grateful for is that our beautiful dog is in a stable condition and my Mum and Dad are safe. I am the luckiest daughter in the world to have parents whose 40-year marriage will remain their rock through this turmoil and whose love will be their home until they get back on their feet.
