Support the family of Troy Trojan John Arrington
Donation protected
Troy University sophomore John Arrington was involved in a very serious accident on Thursday, October 28. John is currently is critical but stable condition. John underwent emergency brain surgery on Thursday night. He has an upcoming spinal surgery to address several fractures of his vertebrae.
The road back to health will be long. John is from Robertsdale, Alabama. The accident happened in Troy, so John was immediately airlifted to the hospital in Montgomery. His family rushed to Montgomery and will be there by his side until he can eventually be transferred to a hospital close to home.
This is where we are asking for your help. John's family will need financial support during this time, as John's mother, Andrea Arrington, has limited days of paid time off. She will need a place to stay and Montgomery, and other essential needs.
These fundraising efforts are being initiated by the Troy University Inter-fraternity Council. While John is not a fraternity man, he is a Trojan, and we are called to assist those in times of need. No donation is too small, and every dollar is appreciated.
For the foreseeable future, we will be supporting the Arrington family, financially and otherwise. On Tuesday night, November 2nd, Tau Kappa Epsilon will be hosting a night of prayer and worship. Everyone local is invited to attend. If you are unable to attend, we ask that would continue prayers for John and his family. The doctors said it is a miracle that he survived, and he will need many more blessings as the process continues.
Thank you for joining us in supporting this family. It is our goal to lessen the burden of the financial hardships so they can focus on providing John the support he needs.
