Support the Family of Alyssa Marie Paratore

Alyssa Marie Paratore was a beautiful soul and a loving sister of Delta Chi Omega who will never be forgotten. The loss of her life much too soon is felt so tragically by her family. Below are kind words that Alyssa’s mother, Tracy Williams Paratore, shared about Alyssa’s experience with our Greek family throughout her time in Alfred. “One never expects to have to bury a child. I have to tell you the condolences I have received from your sorority has been such comfort that Alyssa, my Alyssa, has touched and made an impact on these people and they have seen and been a part of how special Alyssa was and what an incredible loss this is for not only her family but her friends.”

“When Alyssa was calling me crying because she was lonely and struggling at Alfred, my heart hurt. Then one day she told me she was pledging a sorority and I was grateful she would have people to make her feel a part of something while she was there. Never did I think those friendships/sisterhood would follow her through her life. I am so thankful she had you all.”
