My name is Subash Giri, and I am from Kathmandu. I am starting this fundraiser in the wake of the recent tragic event that has deeply affected our community.

This initiative aims to provide immediate financial assistance to the families who have lost their loved ones and to those who are struggling for recovery in the hospital. The funds collected here will be distributed directly to my affected neighbors, friends, and family members in Kathmandu who are in desperate need of support.

Furthermore, a portion of the funds will be given to social influencer Ashika Tamang, who has been on the ground actively and courageously helping people in need. This will aid her ongoing efforts to provide relief and support to the victims.

Tragedy struck during the recent Gen Z-led protests in Nepal. Several young lives were lost, and many others were severely injured while exercising their right to speak up for justice, transparency, and a better future. Families of those who lost their beloved sons and daughters are now facing unimaginable grief. At the same time, survivors are struggling with mounting hospital bills, medical treatments, and rehabilitation costs.
