Support the Evans Family After House Fire
Donation protected
If you’re from around here (Fremont/Wayne County), there’s a big chance you know the Evans family! The Evans are known for their love of family & their farm. Today (May 1, 2024), in Fremont, NC, Stevie, Celeste, Ada Vance, and June’s house caught fire. Multiple fire departments worked tirelessly to get the fire out, although wind was not in their favor. Fortunately, their family is SAFE and no one was home. Things are replaceable but their family is not! Unfortunately, the house is unlivable and Celeste & Stevie have no idea when or if they’ll be able to return to their home. At this time, the house is being deemed a total loss. Thankfully, they have homeowners insurance and will eventually be able to purchase another home. However, everything in the house is a loss. Diapers, clothes, food, furniture— everything.
This family is so generous and would do anything for anybody. If you feel led, please donate whatever you’re able towards some relief during this time for them. Anything helps, as it may lift some of the burdens as they navigate this extremely difficult and emotional time. Thank you & God bless!
