Samuel and Martha Esh of The Real Yum Farm have always opened their doors to the community, welcoming neighbors for Cuddle the Barn Baby Days and providing clean milk, eggs, and meats. Now, they are facing a heartbreaking challenge. Their 5-year-old son suddenly became ill and couldn't recover. Despite spending over a month in hospitals and treatment facilities, doctors still don't know what is wrong. He needs 24-hour care and daily IVs, and remains very sick. The family is struggling to care for their son while also running the farm, and the mounting medical bills are overwhelming.

The doctors are continuing to run tests, searching for answers, but the costs keep rising.
