Hi everyone,

We are the Escobar family - Mom (Raven), Dad (Milton), big brother and Warrior, Maxten, and little sister, Kenberlen.

On 9.14.2025, our sweet and brave 4-year- old boy Maxten was diagnosed with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Hearing the words "your child has cancer" shattered our world. Since then, life has been a blur of hospital stays, bone marrow aspiration spinal taps, IV chemo and oral medications.

Through it all, Maxten has shown incredible courage. He still smiles, laughs, and is hopeful to return to his normal playing outside, coloring, and making memories with his sister. But this journey is long and hard, and he needs us by his side every step of the way.

Why we're raising funds:

The reality is that leukemia treatment is overwhelming, not just emotionally but financially. Between constant travel to the hospital, living expenses, medical items, and the need for a reliable vehicle to safely get Maxten to appointments, we are struggling to keep up.

This year has already tested our family in ways we never imagined - from losing our beloved dog to cancer, to a car accident that totaled our vehicle, to facing my own tumor diagnosis. But nothing compares to the fight Maxten is facing now.

How donations will help:

Maxten is not fighting alone – he has his dad, his little sister, Kenberlen, me, his mom, and all of his family and friends new and old all standing by his side. We are doing everything we can to keep him strong and supported, but we cannot do it alone.
