Hi, my name is Erika Ellwood. Taylor is my sister in law.

Over the years, she has been one of the biggest support systems in my life. When we got the news of her medical diagnosis, everyone's world shattered. As most of you who know Taylor know she's kind, passionate and an amazing mother/wife.

Let's support her family as much as possible during this difficult time.

Below are her words

"Our family was stationed in England when I was diagnosed with triple negative stage 3 invasive Ductal carcinoma on April 3rd, 2023. Also having a blood clotting disorder, both my British breast surgeon and oncologist wanted me to attend a major cancer center. Due to the type of cancer I have and with our family in the middle of the moving process from England to Florida, the medical team thought it best I leave ahead of my family to start treatment immediately in America. Which means leaving Nick and the girls in England to finish school and move our entire lives without me there to help.

The first step in my treatment plan is chemo therapy. During chemo I will have to travel back and forth from Pensacola to Jacksonville for treatment at MD Anderson. This is very costly on our family of five, to be separated multiple times over six months. All donations will cover medical expenses, lodging, food and any other costs involved with my cancer treatment.

It is not easy to ask for help but I also don’t want to put any more stress on my family that I can help. Thank you, thank you, for any help you are willing to give."
