Help Shannon Fundraise for Her First Marathon

Hello Everyone! I am so excited to have the opportunity to run the Boston Marathon this year for the Ed Walsh Foundation. Although I never personally met Ed, he was a coworker and a close friend to someone I’ve known for most of my life. Ed was a proud Boston Firefighter who tragically lost his life in the line of duty at the Beacon Street fire in March of 2014. Ed’s legacy and love for youth sports lives on through the foundation that bears his name. The Ed Walsh Foundation supports local families in need as well as many youth sports programs, Special Olympics, the Greater Boston YMCA and numerous other programs. I am honored to run my first marathon on behalf of the foundation and I appreciate any donations to help me reach my goal!
