The Ecklors are reaching out during one of the hardest moments of their journey. As full-time RVers, their rig wasn’t just their vehicle — it was their home, sanctuary, and way of life. Unfortunately, that home has now been totaled.

Now they have to fight against insurance who denied their claim. No RVer wants to find themselves in this position. The rig was maintained, cared for it, and trusted to be covered by the extended warranties and insurance. But when everything went wrong, those systems failed. And now, they’re facing unexpected costs that are completely out of their control — moving costs, additional inspections and shop work, legal help, and now, the need to purchase a “new to them” RV to have their own home again.
