The Eastwood family needs your help.

The catastrophic flooding in our area on Sunday, August 18, 2024 caused devastating damages at Pastor John & Brenda’s house. The rushing flood water pushed its way through their home and filled their basement. 8ft of water covered their laundry, storage, 2 bedrooms, and Pastor John’s entire library. All of this was lost. Their utilities were also under water, and they don’t yet know the extent of what will need to be repaired or replaced. Thankfully they were all safe!

Many people were able to help them quickly clear out the basement down to the studs so the area can be treated and protected for rebuilding.

But they are now facing a huge financial burden. This is not covered by insurance at all. We hope to raise $10,000 to help with their out of pocket expenses and supplement anything they may be able to get from government assistance programs.

Please consider helping this family rebuild what was lost. Pastor John and Brenda have dedicated their lives to the people of Calvary Southbury. Let us now, come alongside them to help to ease this burden.
